One of my favorite things is sharing some tips and tricks I’ve picked up along the way! I host classes in Buffalo, Lewiston, Niagara Falls, and other areas in Western New York. Classes typically include instruction and ingredients for you to learn how to make a charcuterie board that you will take home at the end of class, as well as complimentary cheese tasting of some of my favorite and unique cheeses!
