Meet April

I’m April! I’m the face behind the cheese art you see on this site. I live in Niagara Falls, NY. I first got into charcuterie and grazing boards a few years ago, and after years of friends encouraging me that I should share my talent with the world, I finally pulled the trigger and created Custom Charcuterie by April.

My goal since the start has been to try to make it affordable for everybody to be able to enjoy a luxury item like a charcuterie board not only for special occasions but sometimes just because!

I’m proud to be able to offer my services for gatherings or events of any budget and size- from a 2-person board for your date night with your sweetie to a full grazing table for a 300 person wedding.
